I wasnt too strong mimded but i did meet something. A deer, made from the light. It told me i rely to heavily on myself to feel love for others or to feel loved by others. I sait their a.d spoke with it for a short before it told me it had to leave. This was one experience alright.

Thank You so much. I have come back to shamanic journeying few weeks/ months ago while knowing big changes are about to happen. What I want to say is that I also started to feel some challenges doing them by myself. This meditation is beautiful. I have met the light beings and felt supported fully again. I want to ask you something if that's OK. I started to encounter bad spirits, too at these journeys and they feel as if either my ego is too week and absorbed some of them from toxic environment I grew up in ( while releasing them lovingly there and bravely..) or I keep being supported by the light beings how to keep up my strength , so the light takes over. It is generally very good, but I would like to know your insight on these bad spirits ? I also feel it's connected to some unresolved parts of my own ego- fragments and my tendency to rush the journeying.....hm ..generically it's beautiful. Beautiful support....and I already get a lot of insights on anything...love

The story we create in our minds can go as deep as we can take it. The psyche creates the future from what it is coding in the now. I usually give them a big big hug and move on. I like to focus on the more "constructive" stuff for my life. Otherwise, I would keep repeating the past. Good luck

@@ShamanismwithSamer - Sure thing. From my understanding there are 3 levels. Lower, ordinary and upper. Each houses different spirits that hold different knowledge. Let's say Lower focuses on our body, ordinary focuses on our mind and upper focus on our sprint. When ascending down the steps underneath the tree, I am walking down to the lower levels. My question was would you be able to do one that instead of going down into the ground, has steps that elevate us up into the sky. Namaste brother.

I had quite an intense experience, I was asking to connect with my father who had passed away when i was around 10 and my grandfather who passed when i was 15. At first I was asking to feel my dad standing behind me, as i have felt previously. I asked him to hold me as I carried him through my life, doing what he could not finish. I was squinting the whole time and started to see movement in my quintet vision, like loose figures moving behind my eyelids. I to,d the spirits that I was thankful for them but I 2as scared to let go completely, not because of them but because of my own fears of not being in my body/being vulnerable. I asked them to meet me half way. then my attention started to be drawn towards my desk, specifically the flame of the candle i had lit across my room. I was squinting very heavily as too only make out lights and colours loosely. the orange light of the candle became one of those warm hot balls of energy i have seen in psychedelic states/psychedelic imagery videos. I found myself intensely fixed on this glow, as I started at it longer I wonder if this may have been someone,maybe my dad. I saw a bright orange glow of bobbing figures, in rows of two or maybe three. The drumming scarred me a little, I had wondered if this was hell, I had wondered if my dad was in hell and that the figures were marching towards me, bringing me with them almost. as my fear intensified my connection with the light dimmed. I tried to not be afraid, the light kept growing, spinning, revealing figures. As I said goodbye I thanked them all, I started to unsquint and the squiggly orb of light became a beam that spun around as i lifted out. Do you think this was a connection with ancestors perhaps? and need I be afraid? It was lovely at times but also unsettling.

Sarah, your journey sounds very interesting. Remember that you can affect the space by invoking energies and spirits. i.e. Beings of light, mother earth, nature... such spirits can help you move beyond challenging moments.
