I only watch your older videos because they don't have annoying ads all throughout the "relaxation sleep meditation".. At least if you're going to put ads on the video, put them at the start and end of the video, not in between when you can get 20 minute ads that force you to lose that relaxed feeling so you can skip the add to stop hearing about how the kardashians hired a van to roadtrip the US

Rob, we put in one ad, prior to the meditation beginning. We are mediators ourselves and know how pointless it is to interrupt it. This is KZbin, and we have zero control over it.

Does that mean I'm supposed to visualize a valley on one side, or is the hill in the middle of the valley and there are fields and mountains on both sides? We only ever have placed one ad before the beginning - this is KZbin and we can’t control it, although it seems sporadic, n to on the same meditations all the time. We do sell as MP3’s some of our content store.cdbaby.com/Artist/TheHonestGuys But they would need to be downloaded to a PC or Mac first then put on your play list. Alternately, we did address this in a recent upload
