Gosh, it was 8 hours of training. Probably the most radical and helpful instruction was to figure out the average number hours sleep you’ve been getting, subtract that number from your wake up time, and stay up late to that time. Once you have an 85 percent level of sleep within those hours, only then go to bed one hour earlier. And continue like this. Also, when getting too little sleep, catch the negative self talk about it and simply get on with your day with an attitude of getting through the day.

This one really helped. Recently I have been waking up between 2-4am and not able to fall back to sleep. I listened to this when I went to bed and each time I woke up too early, I said to myself, "you have the option to go back to sleep" and I would fall asleep! I finally got more than 4 hrs of sleep! Any meditation video you have always helps me get to sleep. While scrolling to find one of my faves I saw this title, which was perfect as I was awakened by son's vent machine at 4am. I needed to get back to sleep, and I did. Thank you for getting me back to sleep 2 nights in a row.
