Mam with due respect I am writing a few things Your solution of the question involving (y-6)^3=64 is wrong In this question you considered only y=10 and ignored two other roots of quadratic equation Q2 Other two roots are imaginary roots,so are not comparable with real roots so correct answer of this particular question is option e
