It’s one of my favorites and one I’d forgotten until I started going through everything. I have a part 1 and part 2 (when Reva first arrives) but realized they were each missing a scene or two - and just found my VHS from this era. So I’ll get them pieced together soon :)

if josh were jealous, i bet it was due to being in a very low place because of his half-cracked wife cheating on him and then seeing a viable couple - alan and reva - acting all tender in his presence. josh disappointed me in this storyline because he genuinely seemed to be over reva and so hung up on sonni. his devotion to sonni really threw me for a loop.

He did love Marah - I always loved to watch him interact with her. I do have a Part 1 & 2 - in fact I seem to have a couple different versions of them but either they're missing a scene or the sound is bad. And I was trying to get everything up that wasn't on KZbin already so have jumped around a lot - ha! Scenes from what will be Part 2 are on this channel in super quality: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eabKhodnoNhseMU When mine go up, they won't look this amazing but will have only the Josh & Reva clips because that's how I've always liked to watch :)

There's a different baby actor in Part 1 (Nicole Otto who most often played Marah as a baby) and she isn't nearly as content - ha! Eventually I'll get Part 1 & 2 posted - just keep finding other things in the meantime :)

I can't find the episodes from when Josh takes Reva to Venezuela and the beach. I watched them at some point, but now they seem to have disappeared. I can't remember what channel it was on.

Holy cow - it was the Soaps Past channel and it seems to be gone from KZbin :/ I have the beach scenes - I just hadn't posted because full episodes were available but I'll add them (hopefully over the weekend).

despite the sonni/solita storyline being riveting, i wasn't a fan of 1987-88 because i felt that josh was emotionally detached from reva during most of it. i felt that he had legit moved past reva and looked to her as a fallback girl to "his" sonni. this was the josh minus reva period that drove me nuts the most but i am still grateful for the videos. ha! 💯
