I remember the woman who was on Boston Public (Sharon Leal) I love when they had her sing on GL. Wendy Moinz was my favorite of this era. I think she did a good job leaving the hole that Annie left. Too bad she and Frank Grillo left.

Also here's another fun fact. Guiding Light I think has more Dreamgirl Alumni than any other US Soap. Jennifer Holliday (The "Original" Effie), Sharon Leal who played Deena in a Theater Version and the scheming Replacement in The Movie Version and Yvonna Kopacz-Wright (Ex Mel) and Karla Mosley (Ex Christina) also did Dreamgirls. In Europe "Listen" is one of the most popular Audition Songs in The UK on Shows like The X Factor and Holland's Got Talent.

I look back and I discover so many changes. Lisa Brown (Ex-Nola) is an Acting Coach, Wendy Moniz & Frank Grillo (Ex-Hart #5 and Ex-Dinah #3) got married in real life and Sharon Leal (Ex-Dahlia) has worked in Dreamgirls, Why Did I Get Married, Soul Men, and The Xmas Holiday Movie with Chris Brown., and Michael Zaslow (RIP) is now dead.Boy where did the time go.
