This was my first attempt at a hard pressed cheese!!
The thing I like about this particular cheese is that it can be enjoyed after aging for 3 weeks!
Hope you enjoy this video !! Please have a go and let me know how you went!!
I used Gavin webbers instructions on how to make Brine. Gavin’s video can be found at

I also purchased a Anova Precision Cooker (Sous Vide) to assist maintaining a constant temperature during the process. This was the first time I had used it!!!

What other cheeses do you make? Do you use store bought milk. I use raw milk that i pasteurize myself. I e joy Gavin's tutorials. Danielle South Africa
