I have had this problem for a long time, and unfortunately there are tons of songs with no tutorial. What I do recommend you is to use this video as tutorial. I know its hard, but that's the only way. I started like this and now its easier, after you get familiar and practice most of the cords and arpeggios. Also if you can read music sheets, there are websites that you can use, but they are usually not that good and you have to develop the chords yourself. I hope this would help you cause I have had this problem for so long. Practice and you can do anything!
