Thanks for the video. Can you enumerate the type and amount of each trophy needed? I'm confused on that. Often overloooked feature: In addition to the private storage you can add a tab (for free) to the chest on the guild island that is accessible to guild members.

You need 1 Trophy Type per 3 laborers 15 Labor/3 Labor = 5 Which means you would need for Generalist Trophies 5 T3 5 T4 5 T5 And specialty Trophies(gatherers and Mercenary) 5 T3 5 T4 5 T5 Total of 30 Trophies for a T5 Guild Hall If you go above T5 Guild hall you can add the same amount of the next tier of Trophy to increase their happiness even farther. I hope this clears things up!😁

guild islands do give resource return rates though, cause I made a smelter in thetford on a guild island and it gave a return rate 2% lower than in the city

This is correct. Islands even give the corresponding city bonus RRR as well (eg. An island in thetford gives a bonus to refining ore)

You use any type of general trophy for them! As for the special trophies I do not believe they have any to help increase their happiness! I hope this helps!

The Laborers can only go as high as the level of the guild hall! You will need a T8 Guild hall to use T8 laborers! I hope this clears things up! 😁

Unfortunately you can only use the generalist trophies to increase any of the Crafting Laborers Happiness! So that is the max you will get with those Trophies! I hope that clears things up!😁

The furniture(beds and tables) need to be the same Tier as your laborers to get max efficiency out of them! The Guild Hall is required to be the same Tier or higher for the furniture you are placing as well as the Laborer you have in side! (Example: T6 Laborers can not be in a T5 Guild Hall) When they level up past the furniture, check the happiness management and you will see how it is not maxed out for beds or tables anymore if the furniture is a Tier under the Laborers. I hope this clears things up!😁

If you are giving the Laborers Journals for profit, the best way to do it is to fill up the journals with fame yourself as that will bring in the most profit! If you buy them off the market it takes away a ton from the potential silver you are making. But you must do a lot of crafting if you want to go that route! I hope this clears things up! 😁

Someone told me Labourers don't give as much silver as they did before, is it still worth doing 33 labourers inside the Island? (talking about the personal island) Ex: 33 t8 fisherman in t8 houses giving them t7 diaries

Fishermen Laborers are the most profitable Laborers right now... on that note, it will be very expensive to get T8 Fishermen Laborers set up to the point that they make great returns as well as you would need to fill some of the journals yourself as it is not always profitable if you buy the journals off of the market! Selling laborer contract is not profitable. The est market price is not real when you sell the contract.
