Look into 90's and 00's graphic design, patterns, motifs, 00's in particular has this thing called blobjects, it was a particular essence of Y2K, I have an entire font pack dedicated to blobjects, also luxury font packs and 90's style fonts, delve into the aesthetic but bear in mind that aesthetics wiki generalizes a lot of things and doesn't provide enough context, just an entry point into aesthetics, the rest depends on how well you do research, your mastery of photoshop/gimp and adobe illustrator (Particularly if you want to create intricate vector graphics of dot spirals, spyrographs and so on) Also you can always draw influences from architecture, something vaporwave does a lot, but go beyond that, look into stereotomy for example, there's so many cool motifs in descriptive geometry, lastly if you're too lazy to do things yourself gather all the terminology you need to put it into ideogram and make something AI, that's what i've been doing to great personal delight, but I don't publish my AI stuff because I intend to keep it as concept art for myself.
