This only works with Ascended Guardians, which are assets on the blockchain. If you've just started playing, you probably only have unascended characters.

Sounds like you have the OG NFTs which are on the ImmutableX blockchain. You need to migrate them to the new Immutable zkEVM blockchain.

Yes. You need to log into the game using the same email that you used to buy the NFTs in Immutable Passport. Then you'll see them via the Vault button.
