Took me a few tries to nail it down myself. Just keep moving whilst focusing on the next platform and ignore your health. First few times I was concern about my rapidly draining health that causes you to panic and mess up. But it's really a non issue. Just don't give up and you'll make it!

It's a daily and it's random. So the first time I looted the chest, you get a flask of karma, 3 presents, and a random booster. One time I even looted a consumable snowman tonic from it. After you loot the chest the first time for the daily, it's always 3 presents.
