Someone on the forums did the math and with the new system we get more of what we got before when it comes to gold/coins/clovers/etc on top of stuff we didn't get before like skins/free ascended gear/half a legendary. I personally got 1000 astral acclaim after the first day. I used it on the griffon skin, but if I was a newer player I could be half way done with a legendary from that amount. The rewards are undoubtedly better, but the objectives could be tweaked. I personally have no problem with them, but I don't see why they can't just give us all the dailies and then grey the rest out when we complete 4 of them. This is nothing to freak out about, probably an easy tweak on their end if enough constructive feedback is voiced. The only people this negatively affects are those that leeched off daily logins with multiple accounts which was as bad as afk farmers imo if not worse. But those of us that actually play the game are eating good 👍

How do we get laurels now? I get to accumulate it through dailies. Is there a a chest we buy through astral acclaim?

Yes, you'll have to buy them through astral acclaim now
