Guildford Model Engineering Society - Stoke Park Railway Gala Weekend - July 1st/2nd 2023

For the first weekend of July, the Guilford Model Engineering Society held its Gala Weekend.
Among many attractions and activities were these little engines, running around the site and pulling visitors around.
It was a pleasure to meet everyone and watch these miniature locomotives in action along with the process of making them all come to life.

What a wonderfully novel way of making baked potatoes - at least I assume that's what they were.... I thoroughly enjoyed this upload - the engineering of these engines is absolutely incredible. The City of Nottingham was stunning, love to have seen a Duchess of Sutherland - she is my all-time favourite.

Truly superb videography…many thanks for your presentation. I particularly enjoyed the close up views of the locomotive ‘prepping’ and the intricate details inside the cabs. Wow i am 78 and never seen a video showing the steps from unloading the car through oiling firing up out on the track and then the steps decommissioning for the trip home. Plus so many fabulous shots of different locos. My hat off to you sir!.
