Why does the triagram represent 'memory' of the 'Operations' parameter as a single factor? shouldn't it be represented as two factors i.e Memory Recording and Memory Retention? This triagram has only 150 combinations instead of 180.

When Guilford presented his theory in 1955 there was only 120 combinations. Then the possibile abilities has increased over years to 150. In the latest model there is 180 combinations. Studies are still going on.. we can expect more combinations in future. This is explained in this video. I think u asked the doubt without watching the video. In the 180 combinations memory recording and memory retention are Represented seperately.
