This mix is actually just evil. Giganter Kai is the snake in the Garden of Eden, leading innocent Pot players down a path of treachery and despicable Buster mix. Brilliant tech vid though, I’ll have to watch out for this in-game :)

I found this because Giganter reminded me of Testament's Nostrovia which has a similar quirk. Props to Chililion for taking my absurd concept and in under a day managing to actually pull it off in a real match. Most fun I've ever had labbing, and it's not even for a character I play.

oh actually I have a question for you, I’ve been testing it on every character and it seems that the j.k into pb doesnt work against every character? I cant seem to get it to work against may, chipp and hc. still havent tested everyone yet btw

yeah ok from my testing it seems like this doesn’t work on may, chipp, gio, happy chaos, baiken and bridget. also something to note, after blocking the jump in it seems like you can just hold back to do a slight walk back during the throw invul and you’ll walk out of the pb range.

Yup. You'll have to use j.P. It'll still be tight but j.P gives you more room to work with. It also helps if you whiff Giganter on their wakeup since yoi can also manipulate the blockstun gap that way too

Actually this doesnt work on any of the smaller chars, Bridget, May, Baiken, HC, and chipp. There's gotta be a way though right? I can't get it to work with the j.P version either

It does work on those characters (using j.P as tick option). It's definitely tricky to do but people have labbed it out to confirm that it does work on short characters. What I will say is Chipp is REALLY finicky when it comes to this setup, so I probably wouldn't try it on him too often. I know for a fact it works pretty consistently on the others like May and HC as I've done it myself
