btw just so nobody tries the first johnny combo shown at the start of the video, it isn't an actual combo. 2S doesnt combo into 2H. you would need to skip the 2S and go c.S. 2H. You can see this when looking at the combo counter.

I will say half of y'all complained way too much before this move dropped, like yah maybe you did need this move but man y'all are loud. I mean you know us Faust players be downplaying, but we been grateful for every patch we got since the game first came out. Like just grind the game exists and stop complaining about a good move not working 'how it's supposed to'. I'm not talking to you specifically but there are a lot of complainers out there

@@deddrz2549 My boy, during season 2 and season 1 Anji was at a disadvantage when guessing correctly and getting the auto-guard when: Auto Guarding any P, Crouch P, some K or crouching K depending on the character, Projectiles or Jump-ins, (or litterally anything with 50 meter)

I don't think the orange wild assault is as bad as you think. It opens up a lot of combo routes for the character and makes it easier to combo off long reaching normals normally hard to combo off of. Its speed also means its hard to react to. You can get really creative with orange wild assault

Another advantage that orange wild assault has over blue is, for the most part, orange wild assault will tend to form true blockstrings while blue wild assault leaves a gap unless you have something covering the gap. For example, as Baiken, the only blockstring that i found is gapless is a close range Kenjyu into blue wild assault, letting the explosion part of Kenjyu cover the gap. This allows people the counterplay of just throwing against blue wild assault, as difficult as that may be.

All the wild assaults are rly good for their specific character (except faust millia baiken) but orange's speed allowing you to get a full combo off most attacks on normal hit makes it, imo, the best one overall

The orange wa doesn't guard crush but the speed allows it combo in situations that the blue wouldn't so i wouldn't say it its worse over all but worse depending on the character

Honestly Orange is better than Blue for many combo routes and the momentum it get letting you jump, just watch some people already sad because their character didn't get the Orange WA and not the other way around.

you said orange is worse than blue overall but you're skipping the fact that you cant combo out of pokes with blue but you can do it with orange making some that has orange really fucked up with their pokes for example johnny can literally do f.S>5HS>WA>2H and combo it no matter what on a clean hit but you cant do anything close to that with blue wild assault without a counter hit

OWA is really good for combos and confirms, but it's only strong when you're hitting the opponent BWA is really good for both pressure on block and a combo starter on hit, you only really get the crazy benefits of OWA on hit, but BWA is really good on hit and block. Since BWA "technically" has more use cases than OWA I thought it better, I might be jumping the gun on this one(probably am tbh😂) But let's see how the game develops
