Good afternoon, just an amateur question of a rugby catalonian follower ...why referee don´t get green number 2 try at 62´?

I think it's because the player in front of the ball carrier was obstructing a defender who could have prevented the try. A player that is off the ball should not obstruct another player from getting to the ball carrier, unless it is in a maul. In American Football that sort of obstruction is allowed but it's illegal in rugby, I think!
