yeah running modern minecraft is not as easy as ive been lead to believe. only i have a side hussle of selling bulk purchase, gpu's, mobo's, memory and cpu's on ebay, and unlike some i test everything where possible, and sell everything reguardless whether faulty or unpopular/unprofitable.

Paint the optiplex white. I have an older optiplex 3010, I removed all the components and sold the PC in a nicer case, I decided to paint the optiplex white but now I don't have a PC worth putting in there, might look into getting some components for it lol... the case looks incredible lol Your comment gave me inspiration (I'm not planning on transplanting my main PC into it though, it could be cool, but I have too many fans for the optiplex case)

that's an incredible PC for 1€ wtf lol Those are normally anywhere from 20-40€ specifically because of the RAM and SSD, all the other stuff (including the motherboard) are a bit worthless - since the mobo appears to be using a proprietary PSU, though I'm not sure... you can still upgrade the PC somewhat but nowhere near to the extent that you can an optiplex 3010 with the same specs (which has a normal ATX PSU)
