Apparently Axl Rose sued Activision for using this song and as apology they were going to make a Guitar Hero: Guns N’ Roses game which never happened. Kind of a bummer, they have a lot of great songs that would have been perfect for GH. Paradise City, Sweet Child O’ Mine, You Could Be Mine to name a few.

There's something that kinda irks me here... where did the bassist go when the band plays Welcome to the Jungle with Slash or Bulls on Parade with Tom Morello? You can still hear his part, but as far as I know, he just... vanishes. It's almost like with Jordan in GH2. He isn't onstage (for some unknown reason), but his part is still playing.
