Guitar Hero World Tour: Special Guest Introductions

A showcase, of all the special guest acts you will meet during any of the careers, I've went with the band career and its order as shown down below. Times Square don't count because, while you do meet the special guest acts there, and there is a special intro, trying to get the special intro won't work on a completed save. The other reason, this mainly focuses on their first time encounter (i.e. meeting Sting at Will Heilm's Keep, Ozzy at Ozzfest, etc), just before going to Time's Square and Sunna's Chariot.
All characters will be unlocked by simply doing their song on the respective instrument (minus Jimi Hendrix, as he's locked out entirely, though his clothing is available in Create a Rockstar).
Billy Corgan (Guitar and vocals, or just guitar) (encountered at Bone Church)
Zakk Wylde (Guitar and vocals, or just guitar) (encountered at Swamp Shack)
Hayley Williams (Vocals) (encountered at Amoeba Records)
Ted Nugent (Guitar) (encountered at Strutters Farm)
Travis Barker (Drums, forced to play as him in Drum Career) (encountered at Rock Brigade)
Sting (Bass and vocals, or just bass) (encountered at Will Heilm's Keep)
Jimi Hendrix (Guitar and vocals, either one is forced to play as him in either the Guitar, Vocals, or Band careers (if you have either a guitarist or vocalist)). (encountered at AT&T Park)
Ozzy Osbourne (Vocals) (encountered at Ozzfest, Zakk Wylde will take place as the guitarist, unless you're playing as a guitarist, or at least have one active in band career.)

Out of all of the guest artists in the GH series Jimi Hendrix was the handled the best. Kurt Cobain, No Doubt and most of the guest stars and GH5 and BH were handled very poorly which resulted in No Doubt suing Activision for misuse of their avatars

Sure, whenever you play their song, they'll reprise their role as whatever instrument they are known for using, but users should've NEVER been able to use them for other songs... Very poor taste, imo.

It was so cool to see Tool finally give rights to use their music and in a GH game of all places. It used to be they never did for most anyone. I guess it would have been a bit too much to ask to use Maynard James Keenan's likeness for the game as well.

From what my father told me, it was purely the fact of if the devs didn't include the artistic style that the band had they could forget ever putting their songs in the game.

Man, good times on the game but I remember someone had the Xbox360 verison the graphics waa much better. Sadly I have this on the Wii though and it wasn't much graphic just very animated and plus not much stuff that holds the hardware in the Wii same for PS2 but both Xbox360 and PS3 were the best in the guitar hero series. The Wii version have some great quality on the music except the graphics were off especially the guests they don't look like in the game compared to the Xbox 360 or PS3 version.
