The bad thing is is that the injury will always be there...I have been going to my Rheumatologist for close to 8 years now and have been diagnosed with Osteo-arthritis all over my body and Psoriatic arthritis as well..+ I was an Iron worker / Metal fabricator / Welder for years and being an idiot in my younger years has wreaked havoc on me..I have spent many hours online and tried lots of supplements etc and wasted lots of $$$$$ on stuff and it just catches up to you..I am 58 now and have had those arm pains too for years and realized it will never go away but temporarily masking the pain does help to a certain extent..like many have said before me it sucks getting older sometimes as far as aches and pains go..this is good info though Neil and we as people should research and find what works for us..hope it gets better for you !

Hi Neil hope your well !! I take cbd myself for different things, as far as it helping your arm and recovery while its great for thay id recommend caution cause it helps relive pain you may still have unknown strain you csnt actually feel. I hope you get through your injuries safely and quickly dude!!!

(I hope this is okay to post - if not then my apologies and please delete) I am right handed and was struggling with numbness with my fretting (left) hand and wrist. This may not help anyone but it has really helped me --> (1) I tilt my head hard to the right, and really extend and stretch my left arm horizonal (to the left) and then rotate my left hand (along an imaginary axis that runs along my extended left arm). This is just one exercise that helps me. (2), I also recommend using a variety of arm and shoulder and neck strengthening exercises (I use free weights - proper form is critical). And (3), my number one recommendation is to stop immediately when tingling or numbness is detected. I am not a medical professional however, I am hoping that what works for me and has really helped might be useful to others. Ultra-mega-super-thank you to Neil! Play with passion - enjoy often!

@@KILLA-J used to do these myself after watching a video on it ,there’s a few techniques to getting a temporary relief I think. For me the CBD really helped to almost unbelievable amounts Like I say though I’m not a doctor so getting good professional medical advice is the right thing to do 😜
