It takes genius to get these guys. You , in my humble opinion are capturing the essence of the creative rhythmic flow of perhaps the most listenable band music has had in the last 27 years.

3rd place with Vitalogy or 2nd if I would take Yield together with Binaural on the top spot, but does Pearl Jam actually have a bad album? ;)

No, PJ does not have a bad album :)

Amazing job Ryan! Thank you very much for finally doing the lesson of this great song, and of course for the mention at the beginning of the video :) This is one of my favorite PJ songs ever, I really like the melancolic and even sad sounds in this song, the simple but cool riffs by Eddie Vedder and the embellishments by Stone and Mike. You nailed it, as always, even the guitar tone. Btw what kind of amp did you use for this?
@RyanLendt6 жыл бұрын
you're so welcome CBGC! I'm glad you liked it :) I'm using a fender blues jr. I need like three more amps :P don't we all though?

Ryan, your lessons are awesome im so thankfull to have someone representing Pearl Jam nowadays. Just a sugestion, you could play the entire song in the beggining or in the end, i guess its good for those who are learning. Thanks from Brazil o/

João Queijo i agree, hearing the whole song played at the beginning gets me pumped to learn it!

I saw this and thought "huh...17 minutes?" Then started to watch it, And you out did yourself with all three parts in the bridge (?) Great work. I've never learned the solo here so I'll do that this weekend (I'm lazy and just do the Mike part). I've always hit a C power chord going into the chorus, guess I was wrong (still gonna do the power chord though :) ) As always, stellar job!
@RyanLendt6 жыл бұрын
I'm so glad you liked it Pat :) a C power chord would be right-ish. Happy saturday!!
