Wonderful! The Reso X41P sounds amazing on the nylon string guitar! Schoeps MK2S in my opinion has too much high freq lift. Torn b/w X21P and X41P.

Due to physics of capsule X21 and X41 have less " compression" across all the freq range, MK2/2S sounds more "processed", but still a great microphone which is difficult to compete with)

Don't formulate absolute evaluation of a mics sound from one KZbin recording- too many variables. The Reso sounds darker, and warmer here, but Schoeps are not known for being 'toppy', but rather very resolving and refined in the treble.

Sennheiser more forgiving and warm schoeps more brutal with better depth and detail

That are very likeable. I would use them all for different sounds. Folk arrangements / ballads is use the sennheiser, sheops would be the best general purpose, the reso for Spanish or rhythmic music.
