Wtf... Lemmo grabs the 330 in the back room and casually bangs out some killer blues licks with his thumb I wouldn't be able to play even if I tried for a hundred years. You just gotta love him!

Single pickup 330s are not seen often. My college roommate has a ‘60 with two P-90s and that bright cherry finish. Fantastic instrument. Gibson hollow body through Deluxe Reverb? Doesn’t get any better. Plus - listening to and watching MIchael Lemmo play is and education in itself. He seems to be getting better by the day.

I think that color is called Trans Red . . transparent red. My ES-355 is that exact same color and even the maple top and back look eerily similar to that exceptionally fine guitar. Cherry Red is slightly darker . . and less transparent.

Hey Michael, You are headed for bigger things one day. You do realize that …..No one knows when you make a mistake except for you. Hahahahaha Took me a while before that sunk in. Forget the line in a cover song just sing anything. 😊 BTW…. Love the minor 7 slide thing. I also love these P-90 ES models. This one sounds especially good acoustically. As a player guitar , I would add a piezo pickup to it. Wouldn’t change the look just open up the tonal possibilities. Once again , I’m happy to witness your good fortune with that awesome blue bomber you were gifted. Don’t ever leave it unattended at a gig if you bring it out. I’ve had my best guitar taken from back and side stage twice from decent clubs I was playing and also recovered it twice. I’m a lot more careful now. All my best, Big Dave Simpson Philly blues guy.

I once owned a 1966 ES-330 & it was not good - the bridge was in the wrong place. Paying a repairman to have it moved in order to make it tune-able would have massively reduced its value. Catch-22. Proceed with caution.

A while back, Dan Erlewine of Stewart-McDonald showed a way to relocate the bridge on an ES without carving up the guitar. . . . .
