You have clear and enormous knowledge regarding guitar playing and the guitar masters. As an educator in another area for many decades, your feedback style in many of your reviews of her makes me wonder how much of a background in providing evaluation you have had. If your background is extensive there is a lot you are not saying. Is it to not offend the the audience? Just commenting on her playing with little comparison to the original would be good. Not as big an issue here, but more so in some of the others. Eg altitudes.

I have no background in evaluating any player especially in this forum. I could give some objective criticism, but the amount of backlash isn't worth it. Person to Person it would be different. For the channel I like to meet the players where they are at and honor the commitment to the instrument. That's what I would want for myself, because, as you know, we are not created equal when it comes to the many facets it takes too play an instrument.

Point taken. Could I respectfully ask you to spend some of your time talking about the things the person does well. For any review, if they good, concentrate on the things they do well. With Tina, there should e enough easily. Especially given her age at the time. She will rarely be as good as the original. Talk about the changes she made and how she has given her own feel to it.

The reaction thing is funny in many ways, I'm somewhat sharp in real life but once on camera, things go by fast and I rarely do the player justice. With that said, The source video is old and the reaction is almost 2 years ago. Tina still has many fans that feel strongly about her, this is why I tread lightly. Its not lost on me that a mid 50's man that is a average player talking about a a teenage girl thats a really great player is absurd, I have given it much thought about your comments and have realized painfully that what I say and don't say is more a reflection about how I feel about my playing and myself.

@GuitarSoloReactions don't be too harsh on yourself. I think some of the reaction videos that do well use some technical terms but only say positive things. Check out the Charismatic voice with singers. She is probably the most successful reactor on the internet. But please don't talk for as long. And oh she is extremely attractive. Just go with what you've got, a really good knowledge of guitar playing. Not many out there. A big plus for you.

She barely looks at the neck of her guitar. Mick Mars from Motley Crue, that’s all he does is look at the neck of the guitar. Tina is above the rest.
