There's another angle on value for how amazingly durable these are, not to mention the gigging income potential. Pretty amazing tools! :)

Totally agree with...they are investment. To your point it's a tool not only to sell it and make money if it appreciates but it enables you to gig with it and allows you to have an additional stream of income.

I had many guitar in my life, even if I’m just alone player. And my more affective guitars aren’t the most expensives : I love my grandpa hand made guitare (but it’s not a regular guitar he wasn’t luthier), my Yamaha les Paul from 70s and my Danelectro 57 from 2023 ! The best to find a nice second hand and try it before to buy 🙂 Actually the prices for new are really really high Thank you for share !
