I haven't heard their latest album, but for me, the first three albums are great! I like that 'Subhuman Race' was heavier and that the band experimented with their sound.

I've never listened to Revolution Per Minute and Thickskin, i was totally off of Skid Row at the time, i'm in the ''No Bach, no Skid Row'', but with The Gang's All Here they got me back into the fold, Erik Gronwall is amazing and it's a really good record. 4- Subhuman Race 3- The Gang's All Here 2- Skid Row 1- Slave To The Grind

First 3 are all ya need! 1. Subhuman Race 2. Slave to the Grind 3. Debut Definitely disagree with Hack and Martin on Subhuman. That album is insanely good. I don't see that as them trying to be "grunge". It's them being heavy. They got heavier with each release until they blew up. Bas kills on Subhuman. So damn good!

I agree, I don't really get why people call Subhuman their 'grunge' album - it's false advertising, it's just a heavier Skid Row album. When people see something labelled as wannabe grunge they either 1. think a band is trying to be something it can't be and it sounds silly, or 2. trying to sound like Nirvana- neither of these things are true about Subhuman Race. To me it's just an uncompromising Skid Row album. I think that 'grunge' label puts a few people off when it shouldn't, and as for the glam diehards it puts off, well maybe they are more pop music fans than hard rock or metal fans.

OMG that means I saw Skid Row. I did security on that Kiss Tour. I was at the Hamilton show. Ace fell down and Gene had to get him up because Ace was going to sleep. When Ace fired off his guitar it hit the lights and I remember them swinging precariously. But I don't have any memory of the opening act. That was called the B city tour.

Nice. A Skid Row ranking. 8.Revolutions per minute+ Subhuman race Both albums are unlistenable for me. 6.Thickskin Good album. Ghost is a great song which they play still live from time to time. 5.United world rebellion chapter one Kings of demolition and Let's go are fantastic. Love the EZO coverversion Fire Fire . 4.United world rebellion chapter two. We are the damned is a Skid Row classic. Give it the gun super heavy. 3.Slave to the grind Fantastic album. Only The threat and Psycho love are not that great. 2.The gangs all here Perfect album with the best singer in todays metal scene. And Eric Grönwall is so good live. On point every time. All 4 Skid Row shows I saw with him were fantastic. And the 14 H.E.A.T concerts too. 1.Skid Row What a great album and on that tour Sebastians voice and energy was perfect. From Slave to the grind on he sadly had problems to hit the notes live. This was fun. Great show!

I'd have to listen to all of them again to rank them, but does anyone think the new album's title "The Gangs All Here" is purposely misleading? Makes it sound like a reunion is happening
