It's a passive powered pedal. When you are connecting 9V, you are literally only powering the LED to tell you if it's on or not. I understand that might be helpful in some situations, but if you are A/Bing between a clean and dirty amp for example.. not really required.. you are going to know which one is which.

Very useful, if you want the noise gate to be after the preamp, but the noise gate detection right after the guitar/tuner. Split the signal and run a clean signal to something like the ISP Decimator's DECT IN, or, in my case, the input of a Boss GT-1000core (while beeing in 4CM with an amp head via it's other 2 inputs).

I got a buzz if I connected to both amps via cable. If I send the signal to one of the amps with a wireless transmitter/receiver it goes away. Luckily I had a spare one, if not I would of been very disappointed. Aside from that it was awesome. It's great to AB amps as well. And for anyone wondering, you don't need to connect it to a 9v adapter for it to work, the 9v is for the light.

And I just bought a pedal Sonicake Sonic ABY box that serves what I need but I don't know if the order of the pedals changes and this pedal would be the first in my chain of pedals

Thanks man, Yeah this thing is awesome!

That is super handy! I like having the idea of two guitars plugged into the same amp for quick switching. You can blend two sounds together a bit like Metallica always did with the Mesa Boogie and Diezel amps before switching to Axe FX. Good vid man

Thanks man, It’s such a cool little pedal. Having two amps at once blended is killer!

Hello, I would like to ask you, I have 7 analog pedals in their order they are: Tuner, Wha Wha, Compressor, Distortion, Noise gate, Flanger and Delay and I need to know or find which controller pedal serves me to cancel the entire chain of pedals that I have active and remain in the clean channel of the "(acoustic)" amplifier, so that at the time of resuming I only step on the pedal and I have the chain that I had in the beginning turned on again

Great review! What would happen if you press the pedal by 10:10? Mute both guitars? Mute just channel A or channel B? Or nothing? Thanks a lot.

What about phase issues? Fender Amps has inverted outputs related to marshall amps i.e. does this pedal have an phase inverter switch?

What if I had a rig w/ say 20 pedals call it A (living room). Then I had a smaller rig, say 6 pedals call it B. I plug (20 pedals) on the left A. I Plug (six pedals) on the right B. Could I go back & forth ?

Could I use this pedal at the end of my pedalboard after my preamp to go into an amp head, and also to go into a mixing desk?

How does the wiring work on this? I want to record 2 channels at the same time, one direct from the guitar, into this pedal into an interface to get a direct clean and unedited channel, and the second into my helix floor then into an interface, would the guitar go into the A and then B direct into hellix and Y directly into the interface, or the guitar into Y and helix and direct to interface go into the A and B input?
@troyshaffer16633 жыл бұрын
You would do guitar into Y and the helix and interface in A & B

I've got one. Fine as an A/B pedal but, when you hit the switch it's just a splitter and can't toggle between A and A+B which would be way, way more useful and BTW make it a true ABY pedal. Using it as a Y cord is really lame. They should just lose that slide switch and make it an A/B and save $$ on not have that extra slide switch.

What about noise or interference on this switch? I want to buy one but I'm afraid on that side (noise). Tia
