Hoping Liberta will be a physical buffer. The description of her ability there said she buffs attack but didnt specify exactly if it was phys attack.

Tq for the video. New player here since new year, your guide are really helpful. I decided to use those tickets and luckily I manage to get Helena to +4( will wait until Powder or maybe lucky for free draw) and I also get Bunny Loen to +1. I think I am in a mid-tier game, but there are a lot of characters to choose from, and I don't know which ones to prioritize for liberation. I am starting to build UR gear and make sure my dps get OK stat. Kinda torn whether to focus on 3/4 star that are max or 5 star that only got one or two copy.

I would settle for her just doing what helena does but for physical charactera

Well replace probably not, but paired with and replacing Arines maybe ! Actually in content where you use Diana/Teresse or other buffers she might be the main atk buffer replacing Lathel indeed, but I doubt her atk% buff will be as high as Lathel since she will provide recovery and maybe other stats buff.

I would say Helena, since she will be of great use in every magical team no matter what element/content. But you can also upgrade her costume once a month with golden threads if you prefer to +5 Eclipse since she's limited. There's plenty of nice characters to upgrade through monthly selector though so I would advise Helena, you do you though depending on how many tickets/gems you have in stock :)

It's hard pass for me. I don't like costume design or the character choice for the costumes. I think hot spring costumes could have been done so much better. At first I was surprised, but now I understand why people kept voting for summer and bunny costumes instead of hot springs.

In fairness, those cutscenes look lewd as hell. And while swimsuits base costume might be lewder, they cant really walk around naked they'll get removed from playstore so fast

I think these costumes looks amazing personally. The yukata's and more subtile suggestive style is nice too instead of being full on naked lewd all the time. Having some variety is imo important to satisfy all players and not be too repetitive. I guess you were expecting costumes with only a towel and nothing else but that'd just be very similar to swimsuits, which doesn't leave much space for creativity let's be honest. Their cutscenes though might be more of your taste from what we've seen

@FrenchieSensei I agree with you at least for the most part. I like the yukatas far more then just a single towel. Plus the cutscenes seem to cover that anyway so seems we are covered both ways

@@FrenchieSensei Let's be honest here, swimsuits are the most popular theme for a reason. While these costumes "might" get lewd cutscene, their costume design is very tame with zero fan service. People will always be hungry for fan service. The lewder, the better. And revenue goes up. After swimsuits, they tried something different with office costumes, and their revenue immediately plummet (a lot). So.. I'm not sure how smart it is to tone down the lewd. Anyway, I'm also not feeling these costumes and will take a break from the game for now. But more power to people who actually likethis.

You can always try to go for one or two copy (second copy = SP reduction which is often the most important to have good rotation in battle). Depends on how much tickets/gems you have though ! But having one or two copy, you know you'll be able to upgrade her with the monthly selector later at least

Will definitely get one copy of Ventana at least, most likely 2 for SP reduction. But yep my eyes are on Liberta as she might be the new meta physical support we've been waiting for ! Excited to see her kit in details. H.Lathel will remain super useful no matter what, but if she is the equivalent of Helena then she'll be the main atk buffer for sure. They only said "attack related buffs" so it could be anything ranging from crit rate to crit dmg to %atk. Anyway, excited for this whole Onsen event overall !

I find these costumes adorable and really pretty ! Love the colors and the aesthetic. We didn't have much trad asian types of outfit like that in the game so I'm happy to see this event coming. I noticed quite a bunch of people complaining it's not lewd enough, but guys, it can't be nearly naked characters all the time lol .. BD2 has always been making a good balance between more subtile and more horny stuff. So be patient, you'll get more swimsuits and underwear characters soon enough. And tbf, they seem to get rid of their yukatas in the cutscenes 👀

that works if you're not trying to push for highest levels of FH and GR bosses, and tower too, for sure. For try harders though going +4/+5 on meta buffers and nukers is really important. for collection characters I agree though I usually go one or two copies

I don't like using DOOD, so if Liberta buff is quite good i will pull for her... and support unit usually last longer before getting powercreep.
