I learned how to fingerpick like this when James Bay released "Let it Go" as a single. This is very similar to what James Bay does in a lot of his songs. I think it looks harder to play than it really is because the fingers your picking with are repetitive for the most part. Now I fingerpick like that every time I pick up a guitar. Such a blast to play.

I think this is definitely harder than it looks. I can play the notes well and in time but slowing it down with a metronome im trying to find the pulse - its definitely a good piece to learn - love it

Doing Ed sheeran tutorials before he plays them live is tricky, since he’ll play a song about 4-5 different ways depending on how he feels haha. For instance I saw his recent live vid. I recorded this before that. He doesn’t play the Ebdim, but it’s 100% there in the recording. Oh well! Enjoy!
