for 2 person
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup curd
1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp hing
1 tsp cumin seeds grinded
salt to taste
1 tbsp ghee
2-3 tbsp fresh corriander leaves
oil for brushing
1 big size banana leaf

हमारे यहां इसे चावल के आते का चीला कहते है।यह बहुत कम तेल में एवम नानस्टिक में बगैर तेल के भी बनता है।लेकिन हम इसमें केले के पत्ते का उपयोग न कर सीधे तवे पर बनाते है।यह सादा,मसले वाली और गुड़ या शक्कर डाल कर मीठा चीला भी बनाते है।
