Ingredients Rasa vada mag Gujarati recipe😋:
Green mung beans: 1cup
4 whistles | Cooked with
Turmeric powder & Salt to taste*
Oil: 2tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1tsp
Curry leaves: 7-8no.
Dry red chillies: 2no.
Asafoetida: 1/4tsp
Chopped onion: 1no.
Salt to taste*
Ginger chilli garlic paste: 1tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2tsp
Coriander Cumin powder: 2tsp
Red chilli powder: 1tsp
Chickpea flour: 1tsp
Chopped tomatoes: 2no.
Water: 1-2tbsp
Add green mung beans
Water: 3cup*
Cook it for 5-7 minutes*
Lemon juice: 2tsp
Salt to taste*
Jaggery: 2tsp
Garam masala: 1/2tsp
Fresh coriander leaves
