Are u aware about what government and chess federation of India has done for Gukesh chess prepration. 6 different coaches were hired from around the World their salary, stay and many other facilities were provided. 1 mental coach was also there that was part Indian cricket team as well as Indian hockey team, when India won the the world cup. Politicians receive all the luxury benefits in india. Apart from good salary, each one of them also receive: Govt House. Govt Vehicle. 5-6 staff like chef, house help, driver, guard. less working hours. free travel in business class in flights/trains. Pension for life, even if not elected after one time. Corruption money, from big businesses. Power. I am pretty sure I have missed many other benefits. These benefits far outweigh the benefits given to public servants or private mazdoors. Yet educated people don't join politics, I dont know why. More educated people should enter politics in India, instead of entering the rat race of govt/private jobs.
