Gulab Jamun / Gulab jaman is one of the traditional desert and a popular mithai in Pakistan . Here is how to make it at home with milk powder and without eggs.
Ingredients:
1cup Milk Powder Makes 15-18 balls (small size)
For Dough balls:
Milk powder 1cup
Baking powder 1/2tsp
Maida/All purpose flour 2tbsp
Milk 1/4cup + 1.5tbsp ( 1/3cup)
For Sugar Syrup:
Sugar 1cup
Water 1cup + 1/4 cup
Green cardamom 2-4
Lemon juice 1tsp
Oil / Ghee for frying
