Gulay na Mais / Suam na mais / Corn soup /Corn vegetables
Ingredients:
Mais (white corn)
Sibuyas (Onion)
Bawang (Garlic)
kaldo (broth stock ; you can use chicken, pork or beef or vegetables stock)
Dahon ng Malunggay (Moringga leaves)
Dahon ng sili (chili leaves)
Asin (Rock salt) to taste
How to cook:
Saute onion and garlic in a pan once translucent add the Corn and broth stock.. let it simmer until corn cooks and thickens , add all the remaining ingredients , salt to taste and its done... Enjoy while its hot labidabs!
