Tipid at masustansyang gulay na sulit sa sarap at linamnam...
Gulay na Mais / Suam na mais / Corn soup /Corn vegetables
Ingredients:
Mais (white corn)
Sibuyas (Onion)
Bawang (Garlic)
kaldo (broth stock ; you can use chicken, pork or beef or vegetables stock)
Dahon ng Malunggay (Moringga leaves)
Dahon ng sili (chili leaves)
Asin (Rock salt) to taste
How to cook:
Saute onion and garlic in a pan once translucent add the Corn and broth stock.. let it simmer until corn cooks and thickens , add all the remaining ingredients , salt to taste and its done... Enjoy while its hot labidabs!

Soup is the best because of the dahon ng sili , it makes all the difference in the world with out it, I super like this nutritious soup, the aroma of this leaf is like therapy to me, good choice of recipes and clear video and less clutter, thumbs up at the end!
