I wanted to mention just a few important reasons that Iraq is not in GCC. 1- Iraq is not only Arabic but also Kurdish 2. Iraq is a very old civilization and its government and people do not accept the small countries on the southern shore of the Persian Gulf. 3. Most Iraqi trade has nothing to do with these countries, more so in terms of agriculture or religion 4- Iraq is more inclined towards Iran both historically and culturally. In fact, Iran and Iraq are one country. 5. Iraq's access to the Persian Gulf is so small that ordinary people are not involved in it, perhaps just tankers. 6- In general, the Iraqi government does not accept these small countries and does not want to work under the subordination of these countries. 7- GCC is not considered by other countries in the world at all and has no power in the world. They do not have as much political power as Iraq, let alone Iran.
