It’s possible. Guides might help you only if slots are available; which generally never happens. I will highly recommend that you book online to avoid any hassle. Because you’ll really be disappointed if you don’t get the tickets 🙂

E-ticket hai mere pash, so wo e-ticket dikhake mujhe firse ticket ka hard copy lena padega kya ?

Nahi. PDF download kar lena and for wo usme se scan kar lete hain. Maine bhi soft copy rakha tha. ID jarur rakhna.
