Status is showing online still mobile showing offline .there is frequent power cut in my area . After restart it automatically swithes to .sgp address which makes it offline but works fine in .ind so becomes a problem when away from dvr

I am facing a issue. I have 150Mbps Internet Connection and my NVR is online but when I play remote view on Hikconnect, the cameras load very slowly. 25%, 75%, 89% and sometimes loading doesn't complete. I am so sad I took 150Mbps Fibernet plan to view the cameras remotely on Hikconnect but cameras are not loading properly. Hikconnect is very tedious. 😶
