1/2 red pepper
1 onion
1 tomato
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
40 grams of butter
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon red pepper
4 eggplants
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 glasses of water (500ml)
60 g cheddar cheese
