Yes! he sure does! Dallas McKennon did him, and in Universal's Technicolor Doc (a Cat) and Champ (a Bulldog)m he did that same voice for him..SIgmund the Sea Monster and Pete POuma as well. Huckleberry Hound's lion quarry LeRoy and Top Cat's bestie Brain are also examples.
