But it’s only been days since the launch, with this big of a success, wouldn’t they still be meticulously preparing for suing? It takes a very long time for legal action to take place right. Also, Pokémon themselves are owned by the Pokémon company and game freak, so it doesn’t make sense for Nintendo to sue.

Idk.Nintendo is kind of limited since they dont develop Pc Pokemon games.And since people buy the name rather than the game.They dont bother improving alot,because they know its gonna sell either way.

​@Soltrex-Y Which is why palworld is a genius competitor in their market. Digimon was technically the original, but we saw that pikachu was more marketable than Augumom and Gabumon. They then tried to push Gatomon and Patamon instead but it never picked up to the degree Pikachu did. Palworld doesn't have a representative icon, since it's the player this time. Considering the quality of the game, the feedback its adapted to, and the totally new and more immersive experience it gives compared to pokemon and digimon.... (not to mention co-op and world building minecraft style.) It's essentially taking the best aspects of multiple games and merging them into something better. It's putting pressure on a market Pokemon and Nintendo held control over for decades. I think nintendo would be smarter to not sue, but rather collab and implement palworld into a new pokemon experience. Otherwise... at this rate we might be seeing the next pokemon monopoly come from palworld. The creator just needs do increase their team size and keep up this work... and add more world lore.

One of my main gripes with the whole palworld "ripping off models and pal/pokemon concepts" is that pokemon has 1,000+ mons now. They're basically all based off real world animals. There's literally only so much you can do. The only main "pal" that I've seen that is basically a ripoff is the lucario/anubis one. That's basically the only one with a good grounding.

Its wild cause on hard mode guns do basically nothing and pals do all the dmg. Difficulty really changes game so dramaticaly

Now! Hopefully no lawsuit came out they can make so many good thing for this game. One of I really hope for is a palworld arena where you can fight other people online and have a ranking system and you can unlock the arena when you are level 50 that would be a very good addition to the game, so that players do work to make their pals more powerful and give it a max stars. 😳

They didn't plagiarize anything - they definitely took inspiration which is one of the reasons the game was created in the first place - but nothing is stolen. Nintendo would've sued their ass day one. Also the "flipped" unreal assets are just accusations from the haters. Nevertheless the assets are free to use for every developer out there - Dont you think its kind of impressive what they have accomplished? Bc they managed to make it look like a zelda game or genshin

Pokemon copied Shin Megami Tensei and Dragon Quest. They cant sue Palworld for likeness as SMT and Dragon Quest can then sue them for the same reason. They will not do it as the fines for Pokemon could be bigger as they are multi billion dollar company
