9:10 looks like the 50cal uppers from shtf firearms/ Mike serbu. They're also conveniently located in Florida.

Thanks for the coverage. :) There hasn't been a lot of coverage from the Pro 2A KZbinrs I noticed.

Wolfpack was the AR-15 company that stood out to me at the event.

Agreed, 1400 for a rifle with a rifle speed gas block is very impressive. I also liked the 2011 both with that 3.5 inch comped gun. That thing looked sick

The only issue I've ever had with smaller "custom type" shops is longevity. Head Down was local for me 10 years ago, and they did all in-house machining on AR uppers, lowers, and barrels. They made serious professional grade rifles. Great stuff. With all of that said, because they were a local smaller shop, they ran into some financial issues ( I know not all small shops have issues) and sold to a larger likely forigen owned company and their product went to shit. Now, my unconditional lifetime warranty isn't worth a dime. It's still a great rifle, though.....but my $2500 investment has zero resale value. If you buy any firearm without resale considerations, you're not thinking. Issue was the guys at Head Down ended up being douchebags.
