Mine had a build date of January 2021 and is equipped with the Romeo 1 3 moa. The newer models are equipped with the Romeo 1 Pro 6 moa.

They definitely should! 3 is a solid number of magazines. It seems as though (with this gun being the exception) that the higher in price the less stuff you get with it.

I love this gun! I recommend the Gray Guns Aluminum magazine base plates, they will not pinch like the metal and are strippable (if this thing ever has a failure). Also installed a Gray Guns spring kit with 19# mainspring, and it has run flawlessly for thousands of rounds. And, accurate as hell. Seems to prefer 115gr ammo, but is not picky. Cheers

It is a very capable and reliable handgun. In my opinion, the DoD should’ve went with the 226 rather than the 320. It is a far more superior handgun in so many ways!

My p226 legion didn’t come with red dot! So I just ordered a ROMEO1PRO and discovered that it doesn’t fit. Needs to be milled or purchase a procut slide WTF Sig Sauer!

Sweet pistol. I bought the m17 because they had it in stock. Went to pick it up after I got my permit amended and then they had these bad boys in stock. Had to fight my desire to buy that one also. Divorce would have been in my near future if I bought a second pistol in such a short time frame.

SAO is ‘single action only’. Meaning the hammer must be pulled down on the first shot and it will be lacking the de-cocking lever as seen on this version.

Was this gun made after January 2019? If so, it has the cerokote finish. Prior to February 2019, Sig Sauer only used PVD finish on the P226 and P229. Many people believe the PVD finish was more light gray, while the cerokote often had a darker grey/greenish tint to the gun.

I think the older pre 2019 Legions were a light gray with PVD finish and after 2019 it was called a legion gray which yes resembles a dark green, but with a cerakote finish

It’s just like purchasing anything else online except it can’t be shipped to you. At checkout you just type in your zip code and pick a dealer near you for it to be shipped to. You go pick it up and typically pay a transfer fee and do the background check just like when you buy from any store.

Nice looking gun. But is it worth it? I think only the RXP if someone has their heart set on using a red-dot optic. Otherwise I'd say...NO. Otherwise I'd recommend the Elite line which comes with the SRT trigger...not sure if that is SIG's own or still a Greyguns SRT kit....as on the Legion guns. Want to save some money? and don't care for the Legion branded items? Just get a standard P Series and order the Greyguns SRT kit (if that's important to the buyer) or get the Elite gun. Which I think (the stainless one w/ wood grips) looks better at several hundred dollars less. In th end Legion guns/accessories is just marketing.. "Targeting" gun nerds who buy into the "branding and cosmetics..over how the gun actually performs. I wonder if they have plates for the Aimpoint P2 (aka the "mailbox"). I mean if you HAVE TO use a red-dot...why not the Aimpoint P2? :) Guly as a Mofo but the most durable and I assume "best functioning"? ...and NO I'm not into red-dot optics...heh...before it was Crimson Traces "laser grips"...Funny they are still in biz....
