I definitely used to call it the Excess Gundam. :D But like so many other designs, seeing it in motion made it grow on me to some extent.

honestly S Gundam is one that i am surprised got buffed, i've honestly had more rounds with it where i have wrecked house than rounds where i haven't. im not too surprised to hear that Rob struggles a little with it, Rob is in no way bad at the game but he does noticeable struggle with suits that are heavily based on melee damage and with S Gundam you really need to take any opportunity you can to just spam melee attacks to get the most out of it, its one of those suits that has a lot of guns that are all designed to exclusively make openings for your melee, if i remember right the only weapon not useful for making openings was the incom which is just a weaker version of the Ex-S head incom, launch it if you can for the extra bit of damage or to finish off a near death enemy but don't rely on it too much for damage and don't expect it to do any kinda stagger unless someone is helping you

I already loved both S and Ex-S, and the buffs just helped, lol. And if you see the burst smartgun in the ticket store, I super recommend it! I'm glad I spent the tickets on it.

it's a design I love but damn is it difficult to play. I feel the EX-S is also tricky in my hands.

They should make it to where in AB rooms, the rival daily actually tracks.

don't let it get to you, between teammates and netcode winning or losing is a matter of chance more than anything else

I didn't realize the S-Gundam needed buffs.

It literally didn't, for a 600 cost raid it was still meta to be using this thing. The whole point of the update was for some under performing suits to get some QOL buffs (ZII, G04/5, and even the MK 3) but they also decided to buff the Rebawoo along with this thing for some reason.

I think I did a couple takes of this one and I don't remember if this made the final, but: I feel like it's another one like the Bolinoak Sammahn - it's utterly devastating in the right hands, but difficult enough to use that the overall numbers don't necessarily reflect that. So it gets buffed, and the people who were already experts with it get even scarier.
