I guess this show is going with the Smash Bros logic of "everyone and everything is just here, and there's no explanation for it." Even if we write off the characters ages as being "aged down avatars," Reiji never actually took the Star Burning Gundam in the actual Build Fighters universe, so if this is the same Reiji, he wouldn't be able to connect to the Metaverse with the Star Burning Gundam because he never actually had it. The Star Burning Gundam was modified into the Build Burning Gundam, which Sekai would later modify into the Try Burning Gundam. If every show was canon to each other, it would be impossible for Reiji to use the Star Burning Gundam at the same time Sekai is a Gunpla fighter.

The plot with the teacher & her sister was a bit lacking & odd. I was more hoping we'd have more match-ups between characters from previous series while the main character watches, learns, & grows as his teacher reconciles with her sister during the after outro scenes. Three episodes in & everything feels rushed. Maybe the series was short on production time & they ended up having to cram a lot in a few episodes instead of progressing over several episodes? I don't hate this, but I feel disappointed with what was given to us.

I mean, Re:Rise takes place in the Divers universe, which in turn was heavily implied to be a future evolved from Build Fighters/Try (the villain's entire thing is that he misses the era of part damage and actual stakes, now mostly forgotten). This episode shows us few things : 1. EG System is weaker than RG System(Proof that Real Grade is better than Entry Grade?) 2. That Typhoeus's Chimera Backpack is nothing i guess(So... Entry Grade is better than HG? Or Bandai want to mock the useless-ness of Kutan III?) 3. The moment we're waiting for, Reiji showed up with Star Burning Gundam 4. Arian somehow got connected with Metaverse, obviously through Gundam Magic A. K. A. Just Because 5. Fumina totally embrace Sakai Minato's genius-ness by using Super Fumina instead of Winning Gundam variant 6. Wing Gundam & friends are pathetically weak :') 7. Aila's there but, where's her & Reiji's daughter? 8. The End of Fighters & Divers era. Time to move on & wait for new generation of Build series(Maybe)

@@fikrimuhamad8228It's still based on Real Grade, with implementation of "inner frame" like RG (RG Strike was released 2011 and Build Fighters broadcasted in 2013). EG system also reference to EG Strike Exceed Galaxy that produced by Bandai as Entry Grade series.

SUBARASHI!!!!!!! What a glorious episode. With so many emotions, bursting and overflowing. No mere words could express this adrenaline feeling. However, Like all great stories, there is an ending. IWAE!!! That was the third episode and final episode of Gundam Build Metaverse. Never before have we experienced such feels. Reunion with many faces, and witness such explosive and Hyper-escalating Battles in such a hyping tense series. Truly, it was a MASTERPIECE. And with this marks the final chapter of The Gundam Build Anime series' 10th Anniversary. But is it really the end? Does this mark the finish of a series or will the journey continue? The tense and excitement is still yet to come. Who knows what surprises await us Gundam Fans. Will there be another Gundam or Gundam series that can be just as thrilled as this? Till then we wait. Carry On, fellow Gundam and Gunpla lovers. Till next time, we will meet again on another exciting journey.

They're never going back to anything like original fighters. They will never go back to actual gunpla fighting and getting damaged. It limits their ability to sell kits as easily compared to this virtual shit they've been doing. At best you get Sei and Reiji cameos but in the "virtual world"

Sei and Reji reunion done right. If you payed attention Reji Gunpla backpack saved Sei this is a throwback to the last episode of the first build series. Reji no longer has the time restrictions since he can connect to the Meta verse world on his own. Guessing this is Yajima Trading in the works since in this world everyone from the past series aged a bit. This series seems to have done right so far just want a longer series. Knowing this is a Gunpla commercial.
