This is one of the Katoki's design that I quite like, would like to see the update MG kit but kinda unlikely. May be after the release of RG God gundam bandai will give us RG master gundam....hopefully

Kinda odd we don't see Hi-Res Model of it right after God Gundam but that line is basically die to make way for MG-EX.

@@casvalcat3546 I think HIRM line is pretty much an experimental line for bandai. Something doesn't work out so they started the MGEX line.

Imo, the HGFC Master Gundam is the best model kit that you can get for this Gundam It's very accurate to the show You get the cloak A few pairs of hands, but more are needed Fuunsaiki Awesome articulation

It's rather ironic that an action figure meant for play is less articulated than a model kit that is meant to stay in a pose. lol Although I have to admit, this one and the Sazabi are closer to the line art from the anime than earlier releases which had exaggerated shapes and/or proportions.

There is also the Musha Master Gundam & the Duan Wei Master Gundam in the SD Gundam series! I wonder if one of those versions of the SD Master Gundams have Master Asia's personality inside them besides having the power of cuteness?

I knew it! All it would have going for it is Color Accuracy! I CALLED IT! THE HG IS WAY BETTER! You Get the Wing Shield thing as a separate Part, Darkness Finger Hands, A Clash Hand to pair with the HG Shining Gundam but it’s useful for the Sekiha Tenkyouken too! Then there’s Martial arts Pose Hands like HG God Gundam, A MINI FIGURE OF MASTER ASIA WITH THE MASTER CLOTH SO THE TWO CAN POSE TOGETHER, a Weapon hand for it, Fists, AND FUUNSAIKI!

Seeing this line I kinda wish they continued the GAGE-N figures and expanded into other universes instead, being a spiritual predecessor of sorts to the Build Fighters concept of mixing parts into custom mobile suits.

Question: I got several Gundam Universe figures and have felt they are “ok.” I’m thinking of getting some (non-metal) Robot Spirits figures; are they noticeably better quality than GU figures?

You should check out some reviews of Robot Spirits figures you're interested in. While everyone I follow mostly covers Gunpla, I've seen some very positive reviews for the Robot Spirits line, plus they always seem to come with loads of accessories and effects parts 👍 Kakorot197 has some Robot Spirits reviews on his channel to check out

Don't forget Gundam Rose. As far as I know, there has only been the no grade 1/144 and a very old robot spirits version (not sure about the latter).

@@mistermastermind528 of course, that's why I said that they should include the entire Shuffle Alliance. Maxter, Rose, Bolt and Dragon. We really need updated kits of those. I'll even break my "MGs only" rule if they make updated HGs of those kits. I just want a proper representation of them in GunPla form.

I mean, even Rising Gundam would have been easier since it's essentially just the Shining Gundam with some extra accessories. It's just sad dude.

I'm quite disappointed in the Master gundam and God gundam, they are meant to be poseable but its been a few waves already and Gybdam Universe still hasnt fixed the knee issue which looking at them they should be able to fully bend. Looks wise tho God and Master are the better looking ones, its just the articulation that disappointing.
