Okay, I'm glad I'm not losing my mind. I couldn't get the game to load even once after the update. Never occured to me that the update broke all the mods... Rookie mistake.

You need to go and delete all the old modded pak or else you'll get the corrupted data error.

@@clarksyreetajust like how you install the mods, simply go to the PAK folder. You’ll see all the standard pak files that are in numerical order, do not delete those, highlight all the modded or custom pak files, which typically just have the name of the mod, and delete those. If your like me who sometimes forgets all what was installed and want to reference them, simply make a new folder and throw it on the desktop or wherever easiest for you and name it “unused RON mods” or whatever and just move your modded/custom pak files to that

I feel like the 25 slots is reasonable since the game limits us to 5 players in instances when you'd be rolling up with at least 3x as many officers.

Anyone who likes the vanilla recoil in this game has probably never fired a rifle full auto. It’s so easy to control the recoil in real life compared to the in game recoil it’s insane

What people don't realize though is that aiming with a mouse (as long as you have half decent aim) is infinitely easier and more precise than aiming in real life. Some things need to be made less realistic to ultimately have a more realistic outcome. This is why people actually miss very often in real life. It's much more noticeable at long range distances, where in games (even realism based games like Arma/squad/etc) you have inhuman terminator levels of accuracy. High sway and high recoil is necessary to having actually realistic combat.

The new 308s are easy to use even in vanilla. With the combat grip I swear the G3A3 has better recoil control than a lot of the ARs

Looks great but having shot 5.56/.223 rifles, the centering could definitely do with a bit more tuning its much faster that what is currently in the mod

The centering is as fast as you're able to center it yourself.... All these comments "irl its not so hard to control!", well irl you learn how to shoot and how to control it.... learn how to do it in games as well and stop expecting the game to do it for you. Gunplay is suppose to have skill to it, like real life.

It had an specific option in the settings that let you bring your mods to the online section. I don't remember what the name was, will check and tell you later

that's how every game works, developers have to change files to update the game, but modders have to use those old file to mod, so when the games changes everything's brakes, it's normal. Unless you don't want the game to update, then ok

Eh personally i dont like this mod very much. While some of the features are really cool there are also stuff that this mod adds that i do not like, for example more player slots or faster movement speed etc. I wish it was more modular so i could tweak it to my liking.

It literally is, there are different .pak files where you can omit to download some. INCLUDING REMOVING FASTER MOVEMENTSPEED

@@FalseF4CZ Yeah but i like the Increase movement debuff when getting hit; , but i dont like the movement increase. So i would want a pak that has the debuff but not movement increase. There isnt a pak like that. I also like everything thats inside the basic_P pak, but i dont like the 25 slots that it also includes so i dont want to use it. For me its not modular enough.

It's literally only 4.6% faster. It's BARELY noticeable and I don't even think about it. The 25 slots is a non-issue, because you can just *not take* 25 tactical. But it makes sense to me, because it lets me take pepper spray, door stops, C2's and a taser, then throw NODs and a gas mask on top of that. I don't have to be super picky about what tactical I bring. I can take 6 rifle mags (not unrealistic), 3 pistol mags (also not unrealistic). I also don't have to pick between NODs or a gas mask.
