Musically Gungor is great, sadly, this is what the bible means when it says "there is a way that seems right to a man, but ends in destruction." No, our mission is not to side with everyone against God, cause unknowingly, that is what this songs says to do. God's judgement on sin is death and hell. Jesus came to make a way out, but we have to choose Him and reject our sin and desire to be in charge. No, we are not to stand with the sinners who pick their sins over God and often even try to pretend sin isn't sin anymore, and claim God just loves us now, in spite of our deliberate sins against Him, so we all must get to go to heaven? Sadly no. Sin can't enter heaven, and when we pick sin over Jesus, we can't enter heaven. So if we love "them," we will tell them about Jesus, and that they must choose like any Christian does. The real question is-me or Him? Who will be Lord in my life? Me and my sin I love like homosexuality, or greed, or any lust-or Jesus? Will I die to myself daily, or pick what feels good right now?

+Brent Brewster I think you're missing the point of the song. It's not "siding with everyone against God," it's more about choosing to love people even when we disagree with them. Instead of splitting everyone into "us" and "them," which it's so easy to do, we are called to bring God's kingdom through grace towards others. Yes, we'll disagree sometimes, but I expect that bitter enemies will one day sit together in heaven, wondering why they spent so much time fighting each other.

+Reid Russom and to add on to that. It's important to remember that those who are in sin are in the same position mankind was before christ. The EXACT same position. the only difference is, God didnt abandon us to our death sentence. He came for us. The Bible and our God is very clear about Standing against sin (proverbs says to abhor evil) but it is also very clear about How much God loves, not just His children but the world (John 1). As christians we are on this earth to show people God, because God's ultimate goal is to get all of mankind to him (John 3:16 he wishes that none should perish but have everlasting life). So remember we were sinners once before saved us.

Yes, God came to save us with His grace, hence why we cannot lose our salvation, "It has been completed" He said upon that cross when He took His last breath, meaning nothing else but Him can save you. No matter how many bad things you do, if you have been saved by the blood of Christ, you have been saved. So, if a person has been a Christian all their life, was saved and batipzed, but then turns away from it all their name is still in the book of life, because Jesus has cleansed them. Yes, it makes you morally corrupted to turn from Christ, but it does not take away the fact that Jesus saves you. The song is saying, that in the face of adversity we just stand how Christ stood for Mary Magdalene, we must stand against anyone casting stones against someone else, Christians included, and make them realize that their sin is no greater than that if a murder. That is how Christ sees it. Every sin is equal to God's eye. Not one sin is greater or lesser. We must love like Jesus, walk like Jesus, and speak like Jesus, otherwise how are we going to help others get to heaven??
