इस विषय के बारेमें हर IVF couple जानना चाहता है। गर्भावस्था के वक्त होने वाली माँ को जागरूक रहेके खाना चाहिए। अगर आपका IVF हुआ हो तो आपको समझदारी से खाना चाहिए। आज इस वीडियो में, Dr Gunjan Gupta , Embryo transfers प्रक्रिया के बाद क्या खाये ? ( Foods To Increase Fertility ) इस बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी देती है। जैसे की हम हमेशा कहते है की अपना diet healthy और balanced रहना चाहिए। तो सबसे पहले जानते है , हमे हमारा diet कैसे plan करना चाहिए ?
How we should plan a diet during pregnancy? (Diet for pregnancy)
-अपने डाइट में खुप सारी सब्जिया , हरी पत्तेदार सब्जिया , टोमेटो , गाजर , फल जैसे की बेरीज , अनानास , अनार , संत्रा , मौसमी जाइए फल आपको खाने है। जिनमें fiber content ज्यादा हो , वैसी चीज़े खाइये।
-अपने डाइट में whole grains का समावेश कीजिये। Whole grains में oats , गेहू , brown rice , सूजी। मेदा (processed or refined flour ) खाना टालना है। अगर आपको ब्रेड खाना है तो whole grain bread खाइये।
-Proteins में हमे lean protein का समावेश करना चाहिए। अगर nonveg हो तो fish, चिकन , और egg white और veg है तो lentils , sprouts , सोयाबीन , चने , छोले राजमा।
-हमे हमारी diet में omega-3 fats का समावेश करना चाहिए। इससे fertility भी enhance होती है। इसके साथी ही extra virgin olive oil , coconut oil , Canola oil , nuts और बीज जैसे की walnuts , बादाम , flaxseeds , chia seeds , pumpkin seeds, तिल , avocado खाना चाहिए।
-हमे हमारी डाइट में folic acid का content अच्छा रखना चाहिए क्योकि इससे बच्चे की brain and spinal cord development अच्छी हो जाती है। आपने डाइट में iron का content ज्यादा होना चाहिए।
प्रेगनेंसी केलिए क्या नहीं खाना चाहिए ? (
इस दौरान processed food नहीं खाना चाहिए , जैसे की मैदा , white bread , cake , pastry , burger , पिज़्ज़ा।
Red meat खाना वर्ज्य कर दीजिये जैसे की mutton , pork या beef |
Refined sugar, ज्यादा नमक और मसालेदार खाना थोड़ा कम कीजिये।

I will be having my embryo transfer in a few days. I can't sleep at night anymore maybe 2 to 3 hrs max. I'm not sure if its because of estrogen or something else. Is there anything I can do or take any medication so I can sleep again. Please help 🙏
